The Services are operated by Fiattocryptoguide ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the underlying technology, is the property of Fiattocryptoguide or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Fiattocryptoguide name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fiattocryptoguide.   • Attempt to circumvent any security or verification measures, including by using VPNs or other means to mask your location.
  • Use the Services if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction or are a sanctioned person.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Fiattocryptoguide, a Fiattocryptoguide employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.

4. Services and Transactions

4.1 On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Services

Our on-ramp and off-ramp services allow you to purchase cryptocurrency with fiat currency and sell cryptocurrency for fiat currency. All transactions are subject to verification and compliance checks. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile and that you bear the risk of price fluctuations. We do not provide investment advice.

4.2 Crypto Cards

Crypto cards issued through the Services allow you to spend cryptocurrency at merchants. Card issuance and use are subject to additional terms provided by the card issuer. You are responsible for safeguarding your card and PIN.

4.3 Cashing Out

You may convert cryptocurrency to fiat currency and withdraw funds to your linked bank account. Withdrawals are subject to processing times and fees as described on the Site. We may impose limits on withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Fees

We charge fees for our Services as described on the Site. Fees are subject to change. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIATTOCRYPT0GUIDE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE AND THAT YOU BEAR THE RISK OF LOSS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR WALLET. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE VALUE OF ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
